hang-up with waves plugin #131

Hello, thank you so much for this software. I'm on fedora 31 and between LinVst and Carla I have been able to run pretty much any vsts i've tried. to be honest the hardest part was getting waves central installed and working. anyways, if i load waves plugins through LinVst in Ardour/Mixbus 5 everything works for about a minutes but if i leave the plugin open it eventually freezes Mixbus. after it freezes Mixbus i am still able to move the dials. after a couple more minutes it crashes the whole system if i don't force quite Mixbus. I loaded mixbus from a terminal and this is all that came up after i loaded the plugin and it froze.

any idea what this may be? I've tried it with the w43, veq3, veq4 and vcomp plugins. all the same behaviour

just tried something and i think i got it to stop. my computer has an Nvidia card with the onboard graphics. If i load Mixbus with the dedicated graphics card it doesn't seem to hang.
