I am currently using LinVst to make the MT-PowerKit plugin usable on an Ubuntu install of Reaper. This has worked in the past for me, but since then I have needed to do a fresh re-install of my operating system and make upgrades.
I am using Reaper v6.35, downloaded LinVst -4.5.2. and linux 32bit install for MT-PowerKit (also tried the 64 bit). I used linvstconvert to convert the dll to MT-PowerKit.so and moved that into the Reaper plugin folder. However when I scan, I get this error:
Like said, this was working for me in past but on older versions of Reaper, LinVist and MT-Powerkit.
Has anyone encountered this problem before and know what could be the problem? It might not be necessarily related to LinVst but thought it was worth asking :)
Update: I realised I wasn't on the latest stable release of Wine (I was on v5 not v6.0.1). After updating that, I can now use MT-PowerDrumKit in Reaper on linux. :drum:
