I hugely improved the readme. It is now a lot more concise:

Revamped formatting
Organised the readme into sections
Improved general writing, better wording and better written explanations
Reduced a lot of repetition
Reduced unneeded explanations (like setting up Wine prefixes, there is relevant information on Wine's site)

If there's anything that's inaccurate then feel free to correct it.
