Describe the bug
I have a Lacie 2big DockThunderbolt 3 connected to the Hac-Mini. When native thunderbolt is used the device fails to turn off fully when the computer is shut down. On shutdown the drives spin down and as the computer switches off they spin up again. If I plug the device into the computer when it is switched off it also power up as though the TB port is always on
Expected behavior
