is there any way to do this without 2 devices? I'm not rich.

Well there is, if you have a troll store compatible device, you can install jitterbug (not lite) which can create a vpn tunnel to debug itself or by using a certificate to download jitterbug(not lite) you can enable jit with one device if not sideloaded with altstore
