MQ_URL in Dockerfile is incorrect #54

Building the Dockerfile iib-docker/10.0.0.11/iib-mq-server/Dockerfile

fails due to :

ARG MQ_URL=https://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/websphere/messaging/mqadv/mqadv_dev904_ubuntu_x86-64.tar.gz

The MQ_URL is Not Found

@flaviostreit - You can fix it with what is the bundle name currently under -

https://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/websphere/messaging/mqadv/
