Translations update from Translate H5P for H5P/h5p-structure-strip.

Current translation status:

@sr258 There are some translations that seem to arbitrary jump from "translated" back to English. Is that something that users are doing or something that needs to be ironed out?

@otacke I've noticed that too. I'll check out the logs tomorrow an see what's up.

@otacke In Weblate it says "automatic translation" for these cases. I think that it might be a propagated translation from a different content type. I've disabled all translation propagation.
