release 1.3.1版本【发布文章】页面upaiyun静态资源mditor加载报405错误 #315

下载的release 1.3.1源码自己编译的，安装成功之后进入【发布文章】发现以下两个静态资源加载报错

浏览器直接访问以下两个静态资源也是报405 Not Allowed

https://tale-static.b0.upaiyun.com/mditor/js/mditor.min.js
https://tale-static.b0.upaiyun.com/mditor/css/mditor.min.css

还要一个dropzone.min.js的错误

dropzone.min.js:formatted:86 Uncaught Error: No URL provided.
    at new c (dropzone.min.js:formatted:86)
    at Function.a.discover (dropzone.min.js:formatted:1120)
    at a._autoDiscoverFunction (dropzone.min.js:formatted:1315)
    at HTMLDocument.f (dropzone.min.js:formatted:1287)

感谢你的反馈，旧的版本中由于又拍云服务到期导致的这个问题，在最新版本没有这个问题，你可以尝试一下。
