getting empty streams on windows #10

probably has nothing to do with this library, but has anybody noticed that chrome 42 (latest stable as of today) on windows is returning empty black streams from getusermedia?

haven't seen anything -- does it happen with https://test.webrtc.org/ as well? That will allow automatic creation of a report for the google people even.
