use one script (remove custom browser module) update dependencies

I prefer this to #30 -- but can you rename index.js to getusermedia.js?

My intention is that with #30, both index-node.js and index-browser.js will have the same check and even they differ a little bit (async error callback) and i didn't have any reason to keep it separate

shall I publish? Might have to be a major version. @legastero how does this affect stanza on node wrt to jingle.js?
