Add build file for bundle #5

This adds a build file, bundle, and ignores bundle from jshint (for passing precommit hook).

@fippo @legastero I know this is old - I can squash out my commits and/or reopen, but are you open to adding a bundle file to this? I'm maintaining my repo just so I can bower include the bundled version.

i'd prefer to get rid of all the bundle stuff but if it makes it useful on bower... no need to squash imo, +1 on merging (you should be able to, right?)
