Form element datepicker component replacement #5326

Profile, announcer and copy workspace should be updated for the use of form element datepicker.

I assume that you mean the native "datepicker" that comes builtin in modern browsers.

Sadly support isn't very great.

The "min" and "max" issue is specially a deal killer, this is on safari for ios; that's basically the primary issue, it would simply not work on ios.

Why is this closed without any discussion? I'm fairly sure we are not talking about native date picker component provided by the browsers.
