Safari browser's audio recording breaks materials #5616

When user uses Safari 14.1.1 (or earlier) for audio recordings every assignment and exercise page's submit button are rendered as orange with capital letter A.

This happens only after user has tried to record audio. It seems that the recording itself is successful but when Muikku tried to upload the file something happens.

Safari console has an error: Unhandled Promise Rejection: [object Object] but it doe snot give more information unfortunately.

After the bug happens the whole material renders unusable as page refresh does not remedy the situation, therefore user cannot continue the course using Safari browser making this a major bug.

This issue can only be debugged using MacOS with real Safari. We need to figure out if MacOS virtual machines still exists.

Can't test yet, emulator doesn't deal well with audio at all; need to setup a mac.
