[281990][Linux] overlay not work on Stellaris #104

Stellaris is an opengl game, so I think it should work on the new overlay, but it's not btw mangohud not working too, unless I set --dlsym, maybe something behind this option can also help this project?

Yeah it's very experimental, will keep track of overlay for Linux in #20
