GSE/settings/* files compatibility with older versions #137

Hello, I would like to have a way to have compatibility with "Goldberg SteamEmu Saves/settings" versions as we don't always use the fork, whether due to lack of compatibility or something similar, for example for those who use the standard path (official Goldberg) and don't want to o use the newly added path. because now it uses ini

Absolutely no way unfortunately, both are completely different. This is why I also separated the global saves folder, GSE Saves vs Goldberg SteamEmu Saves to avoid contaminating the original dir. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Just wanted to say it's just such a difficult task to keep maintainability between the 2 formats and really messy. It took almost a week to migrate this and some I'm sure stuff might be broken until they're discovered, so I apologize if it seemed like an aggressive response.
