Andnav2 doesn't work on Android 1.5 anymore #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Android 1.5 installed
2. Start AndNav2 :-)
3. It won't start

Andnav2 will start on my HTC hero (1.5) but crashes on routing.

I am new to Android, and am trying to get AndNav2 working on my LG 620GW (which

think is Android 1.5).
I have checked out the android-1.5-backport branch of the code, but can't work 
out
how to compile it or install it on the device - can someone provide some 
instructions
please?

@david.ebling - this is not the same issue, this is to do with the application 
not
starting, you could move your comment to issue ID 10.
