Added Draconic Lodestone + Gift of Condensed Might and Magic

Added a dedicated view for Gift of Condensed Might and Magic and their ingredients (Gift of Blood/Totems/Venom/etc)
- Links to gw2wiki because they aren't available on gw2bltc
- Not exactly the most generic view but perhaps in the future with some engineering I can rework it for all crafted items
Added Draconic Lodestone with SingleItemView
Cleaned up unused imports and code in 2nd commit (c2dcacc)

Suggestions:

Reduce the number of depths to 4 or 5 for the Gifts, to avoid wrapping of the price table (1, 1000, 3000, 5000? Honestly I don't know why I even use a depth of 1 for these kinds of bulk buys, 250, 2000, 5000 is probably enough)
On the first card in the Gifts (the one with "One Gift of Condensed Might is worth about ~106g 28s 00c"), put each of the two header divs in their own h2 instead of putting both in one, to improve spacing and readability.
