Experiment with expanding foam in molds (static 3D printed molds to begin with, eventually the goal is dynamic CAM controlled molds.

-Tried using a last (for the non-shoe design initiated, a "last" is a model of a foot that a shoemaker forms a shoe on) made of silicon molding clay to make a "mock" shoe out of spray foam insulation. However, the foam comes out and sets way too fast and expands way too quickly to be useful with only an interior last mold. Next step is to create a 3D printed exterior mold and try to minimize the humidity (most spray-foam is waterborne polyurethane, meaning it cures when it comes into contact with water molecules).
