Not able to see the "Strong" setting for font smoothing offered by Safari browser #187

Hi

I'm using v0.9.1 x64 on Windows 7 ultimate x64 and gdipp is awesome all over 
the operating system except Firefox 5 (in which I don't see any effect of 
gdipp) and IE8 (I'm seeing the effect of gdipp but it is equivalent only to the 
"Medium Setting" of the font smoothing in Safari browser).

Is it possible to tweak gdipp to make it use the "Strong" setting in both 
browsers?

I wish I have this too. Could you please tell us what settings need to be 
changed in order to mimic exactly the font smoothing of the Safari browser 
under the "Strong" setting?
