mp3 ringtones not working #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Custom mp3 do not play as ringtones
2. Custom mp3 do not preview in sound menu when bring selectedas ringtone
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Liquid 1.30

Please provide any additional information below.
Stock ringtones play and preview like normal.

Line two is supposed to say: custom mp3 ringtone does not play a preview in the 
sound menu when you select it. every ringtone that I made does not preview or 
play when set as default. It worked on liquid 1.25.

I reverted some changes we made to the source between 1.25 and 1.3 that 
*should* fix all audio playback issues.
If you want to review the code you are more than welcome to here...Thank you 
for contributing to the advancement of relentless pursuit of the perfect rom :D
