NavBar Background Color #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change Navbar background color to any color but black and accept changes.
2. Revert Navbar background color to black (#ff000000) and accept changes 
(Navbar remains color originally set in step 1.)
3. Reboot device and Navbar is black again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Any other colors seem to change on the fly with no issue.  Black does not 
automatically revert back without a reboot.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Liquid 1.3

That is an odd behavior I'll get right on it

The problem seems to ONLY apply to black (reset navbar doesn't appear to have 
the correct effect)

i was pretty baffled by that one as well - even re-flashed to make sure i 
wasn't completely crazy.

This issue persists with 1.4...ran into it tonight myself.  Took locking the 
screen and then trying to reset to #ff000000 black a few times to get it to go 
back.
