Gallery Gray Picture

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Download a few pictures from thechive.com through Chrome
2) Open Gallery
3) Go to the folder > picture
4) Enlarge picture
5) If it doesn't turn grey, I swipe through a few photo's and return to it and 
it happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should picture should display normally but instead, it turns grey

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
LiquidSmooth v1.3 but it also happened in v1.25. This never happened in AOKP. 
Also on franco kernal r143.

Please provide any additional information below.
Added a picture of what they grey looks like and one of the pictures that this 
happens to.

Jbird this is a well documented gallery4 issue im sorry jesse.ke but gallaery4 
may aswell be a proprietary file we are adding. We do very little (if any) 
modification to the g4 source and this is googles application. I HAVE SEEN THIS 
BUG REPORTED ON STOCK 402, 403, 404, AOKP (403-404), Gummy, Liquid, you name 
the nexus rom ive had it happen to me. And certain jpg's plain WONT LOAD in 
gallery4 ever...they always do the grey thing you are displaying here. Im not 
saying we can't look into the issue but it would be better if we notified 
google about this one as it is not exclusive to liquid or but rather AOSP as a 
whole...

I've been able to fix the glitch with important images by re-saving them.  I 
agree though that it is a bug Google should squash if it is infact caused by 
gallery4
