unfortunately camera has stopped

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.opening camera app
2.camera shortcut on lock screen
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Camera app to open. Unfortunately camera has stopped

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Liquid smooth 1.3.5. Android

Please provide any additional information below.
Franco
Trinity 
Both have same issue tried other kernels nothing fixes it completely

This is what happens sometimes the app will open but if I switch to front 
facing or vice versa it crashes also so the second log I am posting has the 
switching cam  crash

When I go to record video with the front facing camera if I go to adjust 
brightness or time laspe when I select a value the camera app crashes also. No 
logcat atm, sorry.
