Very slow or spotty GPS on 1.3.5 toro #34

Open Google navigation with GPS disabled. Enable GPS. It either takes a very 
long time to find your location or it never finds your location. This was not 
an issue on another 4.04 based ROM (CNA).

Using LS 1.3.5 on Galaxy Nexus.
