Custom Values for LED break the default

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on a custom LED option such as messaging, gmail etc
2. Change the default color for LED
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should show the custom color on all LEDs that are not set up in custom. 
Instead it shows a white LED with a very long time bwteen pulses, like on the 
stock device.

I attached a screenshot whcih shows my settings but when I have an LED blink 
from something not set in the custom area, it does not blink the specified blue 
and instead does a white LED for a long time.

Well I have fixed the issue you are describing over the course of these commits

(the ones authored by me in the last day)

But still when we select phone package it chooses the contacts app...The fix to 
this is on the tip of my tongue...
