Control LED length and pulse

What steps will reproduce the problem? (Keep in mind we DO NOT DEBUG THIRD
PARTY APPS *your issue will be invalidated if you report their problems
here*)
1. Go to ROM Control --> Led Options --> Default
2. Change Pulse length and speed to any setting (including always on)
3. Click on the test button then off the phone

(Even with custom LED it's same only color is accepted)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The pulse length and speed should change and for example "always on" should me 
the led all the time on.

Actually, the LED will pulse all the time same with around 8 sec off then on 
for 0.5sec then off again for around 8 sec and so on.

What version of the product are you using? CDMA or GSM? Kernel? Theme?
GSM LiquidSmooth Version 1.35 + Extra zip installed. No custom theme

Please provide any additional information below.

Sorry, I tested again for the custom LED per application pulse length and speed 
is working. It's only for the default LED setting that it looks that the pulse 
length and speed is not changing.
