Can't manually add a wi-fi network - system closes #44

What steps will reproduce the problem? (Keep in mind we DO NOT DEBUG THIRD
PARTY APPS *your issue will be invalidated if you report their problems
here*)
1. ADD a new wi-fi connection not listed in display
2. Enter paramenters for network
3. SAVE settings - system will error our and close

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be able to add a new network and connect.

What version of the product are you using? CDMA or GSM? Kernel? Theme?
CDMA, latest 1.4 release from 5/14 - this also happned on RC1.  Kernel doesn't 
matter, happens on all of them.

Please provide any additional information below.
