owner info and email on lockscreen by default, unable to remove or edit #61

What steps will reproduce the problem? (Keep in mind we DO NOT DEBUG THIRD
PARTY APPS *your issue will be invalidated if you report their problems
here*)
1. Install clean blueharford build from 7pm EST 6/7.
2. After config, owner info and email is shown on homescreen.
3. Owner info button is missing from security settings.  Should be under 
lockscreen type.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? CDMA or GSM? Kernel? Theme?
Toro blueharford 6/7 7pm EST, franco 181.
