Lockscreen Wallpaper doesn't change. #67

What steps will reproduce the problem? (Keep in mind we DO NOT DEBUG THIRD
PARTY APPS *your issue will be invalidated if you report their problems
here*)
1.Try to Change the Lockscreen Wallpaper

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When you click on the option in the settings, nothing happens, no errors, no 
pop up to select a wallpaper, nothing.

What version of the product are you using? CDMA or GSM? Kernel? Theme?
Build posted by nocoast the morning of june 9th.
