Resolve test failures #78

Tests are now passing locally (node 4.2.0 and 6.3.0), fingers crossed travis goes green too.

Feel free to close if this is no good.

@overlookmotel - using your travis yml from https://github.com/othiym23/node-continuation-local-storage/pull/76 (hope that's ok)

bleh, still failing. I'll leave this up, as should figure out how to fix the tests.
