Add Polygon points and shapes to draw wilayas on algeria map #33

it would be very helpful if you could add each wilaya polygon shape, so people can draw wilayas maps and have statistics on that, we might draw communes and other things later

Things have been busy for me but I have managed to automate over 50 issues we can start going through.

https://github.com/bensialih/algeria-cities/issues I will start doing these issues and see what comes out of it.

If anyone wants to contribute, they are welcome.

@bensialih I just wanted to automate things, I suggested a way to automate it and make it rich with information. we sure want to contribute 🙏.
