Add <data> element #33

This is a new tag proposed by WhatWG, see http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/text-level-semantics.html#the-data-element

I'm using it for Microdata markup, to specify machine-readable representations of human-formatted values.
