Templates Update (Bug, Feature, Compilation Error)

Changes Proposed

This will change the Templates of Issues to a more user friendly layout. It's build on yaml issue form which is still in beta It'll also directly assign correct labels for Issues Bug: "bug" "needs-confirmation" Feature: "feature" Compilation: "compilation-error" "needs-confirmation"
