Custom renderer #12

This is the reworked version of the custom renderer system. I reused the 'renderer' flag in node options since i couldnt find any references to it anywhere in the code.

The PR looks good. I need to test it before I merge it, hopefully I get time to do it on Thursday. This change was something I had planed to do for a long time.

A bit late to look at the PR. I just needed to cleaned up the example a bit before merging.
