In Sect. 2.4 of the standards document, we find the sentence "The [DC Terms]
namespace URIs, which act as common prefixes to the DC terms, and which are
defined using a 'hash URI' strategy [...]". As well as being an ugly, rambling
sentence, this is inaccurate: the DC Terms vocabulary uses a 'slash URI'
strategy.
This isn't a big deal, but might just be confusing to a careful reader of the
document.
Suggested resolution: edit (and tidy up the language in this paragraph)
