Releases 0.22 & 0.21 didn't include the Gradle'fy commit #15

Hello,

I wonder why releases 0.22 & 0.21 didn't include the Gradle'fy commit ?

I think those releases were made before the gradle stuff was include. But I don't know for sure. Those releases were also made from the https://github.com/jitsi/otr4j repo, which does not include all of the work in this one (yet?)

So are you guys willing to get otr4j on maven central ?

yes definitely, we just don't want to have competing versions there. Right now, there are jars that are produced from the jitsi/otr4j git repo on maven central, I think. We need to merge efforts with jitsi team, so we have one otr4j public release. The blocker is jitsi's CLA requirement, which this repo doesn't have.

@aelmahmoudy in the new development surrounding OTRv4 I've removed the gradle build file. It seems strange to have 2 build systems that have to be maintained in parallel. Especially given that the maven one has significant extra build actions now. Let's discuss if this is still needed.
