Template can't be used with grunt #30

This PR fixes https://github.com/otris/jsdoc-tsd/issues/1

I hoped that there is a way to tell jsdoc were the publish.js-file is located, but it has to be in the source folder, so the prepublish-command now move the source files to the root folder
