Check imagine twist on point_eq #2

On decaf.c, there seems to be an unreachable case regarding the Imagine Twist flag. This might be something to change on libdecaf too.

Should be reported to Mike Hamburg

Seems like it can be safely removed, as per d678c9394f4af00c92fadd5eaba872b448b41fe6. Only a comparison by the cofactor is kept.
