Add impersonate responder function (Interactive) #8

Description: The function to impersonate the responder should receive a long-term secret key, and with this should change the responder to use this key (by executing a Rsig)

This one, for the interactive, should also be able to impersonate the Identifier.

This is not waiting from a decision from anyone. It can be implemented right now :)

So, are we creating a new issue of impersonate Initiator for the interactive case?
