Pandaria Flight Paths/NPC's missing #165

Flight paths in the minor cities and surround areas of the shrines don't have flight masters. You can use the flight master at shrine, but takes you to an empty area. Broken Quests in Jade Forest coming in from Dawn's Blossom: 31230 - Welcome To Dawn's Blossom 29993 - Find The Boy 29579 - Rally the Survivors
