Arena Season BUG #218

Hello, Please repair the arena season, do not allow the arena rated ... thanks for the fix

If you're talking about the arena season being active, we obviously don't follow the exact season for play reasons, but those are all options located in the config files starting line 2662 # ARENA CONFIG. Not a bug.
