Warlock bug: You don´t get "soul shards" and spell bugs

I already casted a lot of "Conflagrate", "Agony" and other (actually) soul shards (fragments) creating spells and I never got a soul shard fragment (or soul shards). But I get fragments by using "Drain Life" spell, though it shouldn´t give me these, looking at the spell description.

"Incinerate" hits other mobs next to your actually target too.

"Immolate" does only one time damage, it doesn´t add the damage over time effect.

"Fear" doesn´t have the effect. http://www.wowhead.com/spell=5782/fear

I've updated a lot on warlock that I would need extra test once the new version comes out to confirm

The reason why "Incinerate" also hits other near mobs, is because that spell automatically has "Fire and Brimstone" effect, though it´s a passive talent you can choose at level 60. In the repack you have it from the beginning.

So, testing warlock on version 1.0.1.9: "Immolate" still doesn´t add the DOT effect. "Drain Life" still creates soul shard fragments, every time you do damage.

now i cleaned up this thread with no extra details, so if the issues are related to the post them please post it here if not then stop posting so much, this is to keep track of my progress.
