Separate UI from the background logic + use Seq

changes:

• separate the UI (CLI) from the logic - could be useful if we want to use a different way of uploading input files than CLI
• use loggers instead of Console.WriteLine everywhere (outside of Program.cs)
• use TemplateId in workloads instead of ID (for consistency's sake)
• added more info to logging scopes
• add seq integration

note: requires running seq in docker: docker run --name seq -d --restart unless-stopped -e ACCEPT_EULA=Y -p 5341:80 datalust/seq:latest
