(Bug) new child displays incorrectly in android #266

Describe the bug When using android the new child page has two issues

  1. the add image is hidden behind the input fields
  2. when clicking on the add image the popup button does not contain the chose photo options

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to new child
  2. press on the image input

Expected behavior all components should be fully visible and within their containers
