What is being tested? This is used to test the get help button

Testing steps

  1. login
  2. goto user menu
  3. press events
  4. select event
  5. press clock in
  6. press get help
  7. select an option press alert manager
  8. redirected to a chat between you and the manager
  9. check that the message was added to the chat
