Testing steps make sure #281 has been run

caretaker:

  1. login and clockin to a secure event
  2. press pickup
  3. wait for child to be requested
  4. click on child
  5. press accept

also test decline flow

guardian:

  1. login
  2. press pickup
  3. request child
  4. wait
