(Bug) Image picker is not working on android #292

Describe the bug When clicking on either take image or select image option in the image input the console gives a warning with no result

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. goto creat child
  2. press on the image
  3. select any option other then cancel

Expected behavior either the camera should be opened or the images on your device.
