As a manager, I will need to sometimes make reports on children for misbehaving or getting hurt and alert the parents and record it in the company reccords.

I would like to have both a system for making the reports, and viewing the reports created. When a report is generated, the primary caretaker and the caretaker who dropped off the child should be notified.
