The user needs to be able to do "radio" calls as though their phone is a radio.

The user should be able to make a radio call to the volenteers in an event. This will alert everyone at the same time like a group call but only one way.

There can be different levels of radio in the future such as levels of who is called. Private radio which just buzzess until they listen to the message.
