(Bug) remove non permanent tasks from the dropdown in making the singup form #335

Describe the bug The only options that should be shown are the ones are made by ottery. Custom ones are only there in the db until the event is deleted.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to make event
  2. Click on page three
  3. press new field
  4. click on dropdown
  5. see that fields are shown that should not be.
